Accounts are now enabled. Clinical services remain in preview; a full service privacy policy is still being prepared.

Account information

Registration stores your name, email address, and a password hash in our identity service. Secure cookies keep you signed in. Recovery and verification codes are sent to your email address. Account data is hosted on our server and is accessible only through authenticated services and authorized server administration. Do not enter medical information. Enquiry and consultation-note forms remain demonstrations and do not submit their contents.

Preview appointment storage

When you add a sample appointment, this browser tab stores the selected sample provider, appointment time, and preview status in session storage under daktari-preview-bookings. No patient name or medical details are stored. Close the tab or clear site storage to remove it.

Video and audio

The consultation controls are simulated. This preview does not request camera or microphone access and does not connect to LiveKit.

Before launch

We still need to publish the operator’s contact details, explain how live data will be handled, and complete the clinical backend. This preview notice is not the final service policy.
